An advisor is assigned based on expertise and availability.

You cannot select a specific advisor unless explicitly offered as a feature.

6.2 Delivery of Guidance

• Written guidance is delivered within the committed timeline (typically 24–72 hours).
• One-to-One sessions require pre-booking and are time-bound.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on workload or complexity.

6.3 No Guarantee of Outcome

Guidance provided through the platform represents personal insight and professional interpretation.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of interpretation
• Specific results

• Success of decisions taken

7. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed via secure payment gateways.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only if:

No refunds for:

Upon termination, access to services will cease.

12. Limitation of Liability

TRUE ISTEKHARA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Service interruptions
• Technical errors
• Loss of data or opportunity

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

• Celestial IT Verse Pvt Ltd
• Directors, employees, advisors, affiliates

Against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Revised Terms will be published on the App and Website.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in:

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
